Sarah serves as the Chief Market and Business Development Officer for the Financial Health Network, leading growth and impact strategy across financial services, workplace, and healthcare. Sarah oversees all business development, direct sales, and fundraising activities for the organization, working with  the Client Success team to engage organizations across the financial health ecosystem.

Before stepping into her role, Sarah led the Financial Health Network’s efforts to generate product, service, and strategy innovations that deliver financial and non-financial support to startups and leading-edge organizations. She helped create the Financial Solutions Lab and directed programs such as the Financial Capability Innovation Fund and the Nonprofit Opportunities Fund. 

Sarah started her career as a financial coach to low-wage manufacturing workers in Chicago’s lowest-income neighborhoods. She served as Associate Director at Jane Addams Resource Corporation, a leading workforce development nonprofit, and spent eight years on the board of Moneythink, an educational nonprofit recognized by President Obama as one of the most promising social innovations in America. 

Sarah is a graduate of Northwestern University and lives in Evanston, Illinois, with her husband and young daughter.  She currently serves on the board of the Evanston Community Foundation.
