Kate Bulger

Kate Bulger is Vice President of Business Development at MMI, the largest provider of nonprofit financial counseling and education in the United States. She has worked in the counseling industry for 18 years.  Her career has been focused on helping consumers navigate housing-related challenges, increase financial wellness, and recover from the financial impact of natural disasters. In 2018, Kate helped create Project Porchlight, MMI’s disaster financial recovery program for consumers.  Seeing Project Porchlight come to life and make a real difference for people affected by disaster has been one of the most fulfilling moments of her career.
