Debbie Bianucci

Debbie Bianucci is the retired President and CEO of ProSight Financial Association. ProSight is a leading industry organization that provides research, analytics, technology solutions, and high-value content on emerging issues and trends, risk management, compliance, and fraud.

Over her 40-year career in financial services, Debbie held senior leadership positions with several major industry organizations, including nearly three decades with ProSight and its predecessor, BAI. Before joining BAI, she also served in marketing leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. A recognized industry voice, Debbie speaks frequently at national events and has authored numerous books and articles on financial services topics.

Deeply passionate about advancing financial health for all, Debbie continues to champion industry collaboration to strengthen how financial services organizations meet the needs of their customers, businesses, and communities. She has served on several nonprofit boards, including as Board Chair of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. Debbie holds both a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Drake University.
