Latoya Hunter
Latoya is the Vice President of Talent at Financial Health Network, where she leads the people strategy, including talent management, organizational culture, leadership development, performance management, total rewards, and workforce planning. As a member of the Leadership Team, she partners with leaders across the organization to align people strategies with strategic priorities, cultivate a workplace where employees feel they belong and can do their best work, and support the organization’s long-term sustainability.
With more than 15 years of experience in talent and organizational development, Latoya believes that strong cultures are built through courageous leadership, clear expectations, and authentic employee experiences. She is passionate about translating people strategy into practical action, helping leaders build high-performing teams, navigate change, and create an environment where people feel they belong, can do their best work, and the mission can thrive.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Elastic Arts and on the Advisory Board for Rockford University’s Women in Leadership program, where she supports the development of current and emerging women leaders.
