Taylor Lewis
Taylor Lewis is a strategic partnerships leader at PayPal, working at the intersection of business and social impact. Based in Chicago, she builds and manages global partnerships that strengthen small businesses, expand access to capital and tools, and increase participation in the next era of commerce.
She convenes cross-sector stakeholders and leads cross functional initiatives that integrate social impact into partnerships, advancing scalable models with nonprofit partners while reinforcing PayPal’s financial health narrative, policy agenda, and reputation as a trusted leader in expanding economic opportunity. Taylor also leverages partner platforms to elevate thought leadership on responsible innovation and building a more inclusive digital economy.
Prior to PayPal, Taylor served as Director of Scheduling & Advance in the Chicago Mayor’s Office, where she led strategic planning and execution of the mayor’s engagements to advance the administration’s priorities. She began her career at Allstate, where she held a variety of roles across multiple departments, including Agency Operations and Corporate Relations.
Taylor holds a degree in Journalism (Strategic Communication) with a minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri and serves on the Young Professionals Board of Hope Chicago.
