Mimi Joy

Mimi is a Senior Director on the Market and Business Development team, where she collaborates with a broad range of organizations to engage them in the delivery of products, services, and experiences to enable their impact on the financial health of customers and employees.  

In her role, Mimi has increased Financial Health Network memberships by 60% and led sales for Attune, the organization’s platform for automating financial health measurement. She successfully adjusted the sales strategy and developed materials to secure engagements with a wide variety of organizations, including technology companies, financial institutions, lenders, venture capital, and others in the U.S., Australian, and European markets. Mimi also serves as a Financial Health Network public ambassador, speaking at conferences, podcasts, and webinars about consumer financial well-being in the U.S., including initiatives to improve access to quality financial services for low- to moderate-income Americans.

Mimi has worked with startups and Fortune 500 organizations alike in both the fintech and finhealth industries to deliver the next generation of financial services and products. She builds long-term relationships to achieve business goals and expand business partnerships across the globe. Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Mimi worked for the startup M-Com (acquired by Fiserv), where she led relationships with large banks focusing on their digital platform offerings. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and has completed several corporate leadership programs over her career.
