Debra Cimino is a Director of Compensation at Verizon.  She is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evaluating compensation programs for over 100K employees in the Consumer, Business, and Technology functions across the globe.  Previously, she held HR leadership positions in the Sales Compensation and HR Business Partner organizations.  Debra joined Verizon in 2013 with more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences & Technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
