Director of National Programs Change Machine

Bridget Tate (she, her, hers) is Change Machine’s Director of National Accounts. In this role, Bridget leads virtual coaching direct services and the programs team for Change Machine. Bridget joined Change Machine as an MSD in 2018 providing one-on-one coaching to North Carolina organizations along with capacity building supports. Prior to her role at Change Machine, Bridget was the Deputy Director for a HUD Housing agency in Durham NC. Bridget has worked in non-profit for the last 20years working directly with consumer debt, policy, and racial inequities. Bridget is an active community member in the Raleigh Durham area working directly with returning citizen counsels. LGBTQ organizations and advocacy work. As a North Carolina transplant from San Diego, Bridget enjoys the change of seasons and down south cooking. She spends her free time with her wife traveling extensively and spoiling her grandchildren.
