Sergio Soltero

As Senior Associate of Operations, Sergio works with the Shared Services team to provide logistical and operational support to Financial Health Network employees across the organization. In addition to managing operations for Financial Health Network’s three office locations and overseeing logistics for organization-wide meetings and events, Sergio supports our continued transition to a hybrid work model and collaboratively leads the organization’s hybrid staff culture strategy.

Born into a family below the poverty line, Sergio felt deeply compelled to join the Financial Health Network to carry out our mission and core values. He is proud to work with an organization that seeks to address the financial struggles facing millions of Americans every day.

Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Sergio held operational and administrative positions in the Chicago offices of firms such as Thornton Tomasetti, DialogTech, and Gensler. He holds a Certificate in Project Management for Practitioners from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
