Stephen Hoelper is Vice President of Product at Comcast NBCUniversal where he is responsible for creating products that people love. Over the course of his career, he has worked in a variety of roles such as: research & development, product management, marketing, sales and general management. His passion and experience lie in conceptualizing and exploring go-to market strategies for corporate start-ups. In his previous role he was VP of Sales, Marketing & Product Development at MediSolutions, an AdTech firm, and was responsible for revenue and corporate strategy. He is currently chairman of the board at Easter Seals New Jersey, a $150MM non-profit that helps people with disabilities Live, Work, Learn and Play.
Before his time at MediSolutions he was a founding member of Merck’s skunk works digital solution division where his products were featured on Good Morning America and led Merck to be acknowledged as one of Information Week’s 500 Most Innovative Companies. In 2011, he was a founding member of Vree Health, a digital services start-up and subsidiary of Merck, which he incubated and was later acquired by PatientSafe Solutions in 2015.
Steve is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Management Practitioner. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Keller and an MBA from Babson College.
