Ronnie Washington is the Founder and CEO of Onward Financial, Inc., a non-profit FinTech whose mission is to provide the tools for every worker to build a financial cushion. Before launching Onward, Ronnie worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant with Deloitte Consulting serving large commercial banks. He later joined Global Brigades as the Microfinance Program Developer and Sustainable Development Manager, helping to launch six community based banks throughout the Central Region of Ghana. Ronnie received his BA in Economics from Morehouse College and an MBA focused on social entrepreneurship and finance from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
