Autumn is a senior financial services executive with 20+ years of experience leading product strategy, customer engagement, and innovation across consumer banking. She currently serves as Deposit Product Group Manager at Regions Bank, where she oversees the strategy, performance, and end-to-end delivery of deposit products, driving scalable, customer-centric solutions that strengthen financial well-being for millions of consumers.

Autumn’s career is rooted in transforming complex challenges into simple, effective experiences for underserved and emerging customer segments. Prior to her current role, she led capabilities and savings solutions and previously served as Vice President of Underserved & Emerging Solutions Product Management at Regions Bank, where she focused on designing solutions that expand access, reduce friction, and meaningfully improve day-to-day financial health. 

Before joining Regions, Autumn spent over a decade at Truist (formerly SunTrust), holding multiple senior leadership roles including Director of Segment Integration & Execution for Young Professionals and Underserved segments, Client Engagement Strategy & Implementation, Area Leader, and various other branch positions in the Southeast. Across these roles, she specialized in integrating behavioral insights, experience design, and data-driven strategy to increase engagement, strengthen retention, and support families on their financial journeys. 

Autumn is known for her ability to remove ambiguity, translate complex concepts into clear executive insights, and lead cross-functional teams through enterprise-level initiatives. Her work consistently centers on building partnerships, improving customer outcomes, and ensuring that product design and policy decisions support equitable access to the financial system.
