Ben Mahnkey leads Amazon’s employee financial health strategy and is responsible for initiatives that drive measurable impact for more than 1.7M employees worldwide. He also serves as a consulting partner for Amazon’s retirement, equity compensation, and health benefit teams. Prior to joining the Global Benefits team, Ben held roles in Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Corporate Development at Amazon.

Ben graduated from the Honors College at Washington State University and the Thomas S. Foley Institute for Public Service. He currently serves as an elected official on the Snohomish County Charter Review Commission and is a former Bothell City Councilmember.
