As an Associate on the Financial Services Solutions team, Naishia works with businesses across the industry to better identify and address specific consumer needs. She collaborates on product exploration projects for clients and other stakeholders, empowering organizations to positively impact financial health for their customers, employees, and communities. 

Before stepping into this role, Naishia was a Field Researcher for the Financial Health Network. In that role, she conducted interviews and analyzed financial data for major research projects, providing creative recommendations to senior leadership on marketing approaches for financial services organizations. She contributed to the U.S. Financial Diaries, which tracked 235 low- to moderate-income households for a year to understand how they managed their finances. Naishia has also partnered with the Innovation team on various projects, including the Financial Solutions Lab Accelerator. 

Naishia holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Baruch College, and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Iona College.
