Japke Kaastra

Japke leads the design and implementation of ING’s global financial health strategy. She developed a robust measurement methodology for financial health outcomes of propositions which is now leveraged internationally. She scaled proven effective financial health propositions across countries and serves as a spokesperson and board advisor on financial health. Japke is a driving force of systemic change initiatives, including multiple public-private partnerships with banks, government, NGO’s and industry associations e.g. Dutch Foundation for Financial Health, Pay yourself first, Social Collections agreement, Nobody offside, Dutch Debt Assistance Route
