Xavia is a Senior Associate on the Grants and Business Development team, supporting the Financial Health Network’s grant management processes. As a member of the larger Marketing and Business Development team, Xavia assists in preparing, submitting, and managing grant applications and reports to support organizational growth. She believes the Financial Health Network’s holistic and innovative approach to financial health is driving revolutionary change in economic mobility for Americans.
Prior to joining the Financial Health Network in 2021, Xavia was a Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Charlotte Rescue Mission, an addiction treatment center in North Carolina. There, Xavia was involved in the full grant application process and kept grantmakers informed on fund utilization, impact, and strategic planning, securing $2 million in grant funding during her tenure. She is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and has contributed to advancing DEI initiatives throughout her career.
Xavia holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Bryn Mawr College. In addition, she served as a Board Member of the Charlotte chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
