Chrissi Johnson

Chrissi Johnson is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Prosperity Now, where she leads enterprise strategies that strengthen economic opportunity and financial stability. With nearly two decades of experience across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, she has held leadership roles at Rocket Companies, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and on Capitol Hill with Senators Elizabeth Warren and Al Franken. She is the founder of Alinement Advisors and The Alinement Initiative, convening cross-sector leaders to align policy, technology, and practice. Chrissi lives in Brooklyn, New York with her partner and son.
