Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer at the Financial Health Network and is responsible for leading the organization’s Finance and Operations teams. Her key priorities are to align internal operations with the organization’s strategic and business objectives, and to scale the operating model for exponential impact. Her passion for building high-performing teams and developing future leaders, coupled with her experience in translating vision and ideas into results, make her uniquely qualified to position the organization for long-term growth.
Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Kelly served as the Chief Operating Officer at Heartland Alliance and as a Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kent State University and her MBA from DePaul University. She completed the Women’s Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
In her free time, Kelly serves on the boards of Equality Illinois and the Equality Illinois Institute. She enjoys visiting and dining in Chicago’s many diverse neighborhoods to discover, experience, and enjoy the cultural richness of our great city. Kelly lives in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood on the near South Side. She is also a long-suffering fan of the Chicago Bears, Bulls, and Sky.
