Chief People and Impact Officer Cotopaxi

Grace Zuncic joined Cotopaxi in the fall of 2022 as the company’s first Chief People and Impact Officer. As a member of Cotopaxi’s executive team, Grace is responsible for leading Cotopaxi’s people, culture, and human resources strategy as well as its circularity, impact, and philanthropy endeavors. She joins Cotopaxi from Chobani, where she served for 10 years as an officer of the company in various executive positions, notably in her tenure as Chief People Officer. Grace served on Chobani Australia’s board of directors from 2016 to 2022. A cold call from her desk at Goldman Sachs, where she served as investment advisor from 2010-2012, led her to Chobani.  Grace is an executive member of BC’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council and serves as an advisor to Jobs for the Future and the Tory Burch Foundation. Grace received a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston College and received the University’s Finnegan Award in 2005. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2010. Grace resides in Larchmont, NY with her husband Eric and two children. She is an active runner, skier, and community volunteer. She will be joining the Board of Directors of King Arthur Baking Company in April of this year.
