In over 15 years with Capital One, Carmen has experienced areas of the business from Instalment Loans to Direct Mail to Customer Acquisitions. The common focus on personal and professional leadership and values for authentic human relationships was a natural fit to support the launch of a national Money Coaching service in Capital One Cafes four years ago. As a certified professional coach, she strives to uphold a high standard in supporting our customers through coaching to explore their values and relationship with money in order to set and achieve audacious goals in life.
