Paul manages research programs addressing the customer experience at 210 large banking and payments brands within the U.S. and Canada. He works with clients to identify priorities to improve CX and organic growth.
Paul has 30 years of experience in banking and professional services, creating and leading research programs that enabled leading banks and global Fintechs to better understand markets, competition, and opportunities to differentiate.
Prior roles include SVP of Thought Leadership at FIS and Partner with eCom Advisors, a payments/e-commerce strategy consulting firm acquired by FIS.
Paul received a BA from Augustana College and an MBA from DePaul University.
