Eddie is the head of Financial Health Engagement Platform, part of the Consumer Data & Engagement Platform group in the Consumer & Small Business Bank. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing data-driven, actionable and personalized guidance experiences that help customers improve their financial health. The key targeted business outcomes are to improve customers’ trust and confidence in Wells Fargo, while driving share-of-wallet, retention and satisfaction/NPS.

Prior to this role, Eddie was the Head of Digital & Automated Investing at Wealth & Investment Management, where he was responsible for strategy and ongoing management of our direct-to-client investment offerings: WellsTrade, Intuitive Investor and Solutions. Before that, Eddie served as head of strategy for WFA.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Eddie held roles at Citi and Smith Barney ranging from strategy and product development to marketing and segment management, across investing and banking. Eddie started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in São Paulo, Brazil and Toronto, Canada, where he worked mostly in the financial services sector.

Eddie is an industrial engineer and earned his degree from the Escola Politécnica at the Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil.

He lives in St Louis with his wife and three kids.
