Jacquelyn is a Senior Manager on the Marketing and Communications team, where she focuses on content development, storytelling, and media relations. She is passionate about expanding opportunity and financial health to the most vulnerable, communicating the right message at the right moment and driving impact. 

In her role, Jacquelyn creates content to support initiatives across the Financial Health Network and spread awareness of its mission to media, policymakers, and other stakeholders. She was integral in launching the EMERGE Everywhere podcast, featuring President and CEO Jennifer Tescher in conversation with cross-industry leaders. Jacquelyn also helped create the “Financial Lives” video series, an intimate look at the financial realities and challenges of older adults in collaboration with AARP. 

Jacquelyn brings policy and government expertise to her work, previously working in political communications for the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity and Office of the Illinois Governor. In these roles, she advocated for economic opportunity and community development, working with government agencies to communicate with the public and execute their missions. Jacquelyn received her master’s degree in public policy from Northwestern University and her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University.
