Chidi Orji

Chidi Orji is a Program Manager at Esusu Financial, leading the development and management of the company’s portfolio of savings programs. She has led several programs including development of engagement models to strengthen incentive savings, leading to consistent enrollment increase in partnership with NUL, LISC among others. Also, she developed program implementation strategies to drive the Commonwealth`s collective emergency savings pilot “The Power of Social Support in Building Emergency Savings”.

Chidi received her master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University of New York, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from American University of Nigeria.
