Alex Swartsel
Alex Swartsel founded and leads JFF’s Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work, shaping policy, practice, and investment in innovative solutions to ensure the future powered by AI makes us all better off. Before joining JFF, Alex has held leadership roles at Teach for America’s Washington, DC, region, the Motion Picture Association’s global policy team, and U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren and Sheldon Whitehouse. She holds a BA summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
