As Chief Product Officer of Attune, Andy is responsible for building and launching the Financial Health Network’s finhealth measurement platform. Attune’s mission is to make measuring customer and employee financial health simple, allowing organizations to focus instead on implementing solutions for those they serve. Under his leadership, the Attune business has grown from an idea to a B2B SaaS startup with significant recurring revenue, built on a foundation of independent, rigorous financial health research.

In his role, Andy oversees all aspects of Attune’s business strategy and finances, from product development to sales and marketing and people operations. He’s responsible for the Attune P&L. He’s focused on ensuring Attune meets the complex needs of the financial services industry, with the platform passing a global card issuer’s compliance and information security review on the first try. Andy also uses the company’s software to measure impact on his own team, overhauling compensation and benefits to foster financial health among his staff. With Attune, the Financial Health Network is able to reach a broader audience and collectively learn what works, using those insights to refine and improve its offerings.

Andy previously worked as Head of Science at Even, a fintech in the employee financial wellness space, where he and his team developed the company’s financial health measurement infrastructure. Before that, he launched the research and consumer insights function at Varo, the first fintech to acquire a national bank charter.

Andy holds a Ph.D. in science and technology policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Rice University. He lives in Brooklyn with his husband, Raj.
