Jo leads the Centre for Inclusive Money at Nest’s public-benefit research and innovation programme, with a focus on finding what really works to support low- and moderate-income households to be financially secure, both today and into retirement. She works collaboratively with industry, government and employers, to better understand the challenges people face, and to develop, pilot and scale practical real-world solutions to those challenges. This work is building towards a fairer and more inclusive system of joined-up products and services that meet people where they are, support their diverse needs and make it easier for them to achieve good outcomes.
