Lawrence Bailey is Managing Director and Head of Community and Business Development and National Sales Support.
He is responsible for  the firm’s Financial Health  and Community Banking Development Strategies along with National Sales Support for Chase Bank.  As the lead for Financial Health his focus is to create products and provide advice to our communities and clients who are unbanked and underbanked. He recently took responsibility for National Sales Support for Chase’s 5,000 plus branches focusing on driving an exceptional  experience for the firm’s customers and employees. Prior to this role he was National Head of Retail  Home Lending Sales responsible for 2,500 sales and support people across the country.
Lawrence joined Chase in 2006 and has held numerous positions from region to division manager. He has been part of the Executive Culture Council, National Diversity Council and champions Chase’s commitment to serving all communities and driving financial health.
Prior to joining Chase, Lawrence worked for six years as Regional Vice President for Wells Fargo’s mortgage division. He has also held Vice President positions at Countrywide Home Loans and Washington Mutual.
Lawrence was born in Nashville, TN, and was  raised in Columbia, MD. His family resides in the Maryland and Dallas metropolitan areas. He was a student athlete at Towson State University where he graduated with a business degree in finance.
