Shruti Prasad

Shruti Prasad focuses on strategic planning for financial services institutions. She is a Senior Director of Strategy and Strategic Partnerships for Experian Consumer Services. Prior to Experian, she served as an Engagement Manager at Actionist Consulting providing strategy and M&A advisory services to Fortune 500, midsize firms, and start-up companies. She spent 8 years at Capital One in corporate strategy, M&A, and corporate development for its commercial and retail banking operations. She also previously worked at Oliver Wyman, the management consultancy. Shruti received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
