As Client Success Manager, Mark partners with the Financial Health Network’s Members and clients to help them drive financial improvements for those they serve. He brings deep experience in financial services and data-driven consumer insights to his role, working to support the organization’s mission of advancing financial health for all.
Mark strives to be a change agent for the financial health movement by helping businesses across industries put financial health strategies into action. He works closely with Members and clients to understand their goals and objectives, then connects them with the right resources across the organization to drive financial health change.
With more than two decades in the financial services space, Mark has spent his career helping companies use data and analytics to understand their customers, identify growth opportunities, and engage with new opportunities. During his tenure at Nielsen, Environics Analytics, and Fishbowl he helped develop marketing strategies around customer acquisition, cross-sell and retention for companies such as PNC, Commerce Bank, and Kitsap Credit Union.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity University.
