Zenobia Staley Davis, MBA, CSM

Zenobia Staley Davis joins the Member Advisory Committee with 15 years of experience in project management and strategic planning. Currently working as Marketing Lead for OppFi, she manages Direct Mail and Referral operations, while ensuring that related communications remain compliant with financial regulations and relevant to consumer needs. 

Zenobia is invested in the Financial Health Network’s mission to provide equitable financial tools and solutions to U.S. households. She is known for being “easy to work with” among cross-functional teams, and her expertise in project planning, execution, and process improvement provides the committee with an agile perspective. 

Currently residing in Virginia, Zenobia enjoys spending time with her family at local farms, festivals, and downtown events. She also enjoys road trips, learning new skills, and growing herbs, fruits, and vegetables in her garden. 

Zenobia is a Certified Scrum Master and holds a BS in Graphic Communications from Clemson University; a MS in Information Technology Management from UNC Greensboro; and an MBA with a focus in Project Management.
