Andrea Galvez

As Vice President of Client Success, Andrea is responsible for building impactful relationships with more than 250 of the world’s largest and most innovative organizations. She designed and now leads the organization’s Client Success Team, made up of industry experts who partner with Financial Health Network Members and clients to identify winning strategies, operationalize consumer and employee financial health, and showcase the results of their work. Andrea has committed her career to driving real change for everyday people, with more than 15 years of experience across various nonprofits and membership organizations focused on financial health and justice.

Throughout her time at the Financial Health Network, Andrea has focused on creating practical tools and solutions for organizations to make their financial health goals a reality. As part of the launch team for the FinHealth Score® Toolkit, Andrea empowered businesses to measure the financial health of their customers and benchmark their results against industry peers. She also moderates many important conversations for clients and partners, guiding the tactical work of improving financial health.

Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Andrea led growth marketing for the American Bar Association Endowment’s exclusive member insurance program. In that role, she optimized marketing automation for 400,000+ members, developed new insurance solutions and financial education programs, and nurtured partner relationships.

Andrea earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing Strategy & Planning and Leadership & Change Management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & PR from Evangel University.
