Vivien Caetano

Vivien Caetano is an Associate Managing Director on the Financial Health team at ideas42, which focuses on using behavioral science to reduce financial distress and enable opportunities for people with low and moderate incomes. The team works with credit unions, fintechs, nonprofit organizations and others to develop better products, services and programs that build financial resilience, wealth and well-being. Vivien currently leads the team’s work in homeownership and small business ownership. She has over a decade of experience working with nonprofits, financial institutions, governments and entrepreneurs across topic areas, including financial inclusion, housing, public health, violence reduction and workforce development.
