Dana Karzan

Dana Karzan is an innovative marketing and brand leader with more than 20 years of experience across banking and fintech. She serves as Chief Marketing Officer at VyStar Credit Union, leading Brand, Marketing, Advertising, PR/Comms, Social, and Community Engagement for the purpose driven organization. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at companies including Facebook, Citibank, Wells Fargo, GE, Lloyds TSB, and U.S. Bank.

Dana champions financial health through data-driven, community-centered programs that bring together insights, partnerships and action. Building on early work in financial wellness at Wells Fargo, she has advanced scalable initiatives at VyStar such as the award-winning Savings Challenge and the Debt Payoff Challenge, combining behavioral insights, data, and collaboration with community partners to help individuals build savings, reduce debt and strengthen long-term financial stability

In her community, she serves on the Boards of Groundwork Jacksonville, Jacksonville Symphony and VyStar Foundation.
