Pinar Ozcan

Prof. Pınar Ozcan is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where she also serves as Academic Director of the Oxford Entrepreneurship Centre and the Oxford Future of Finance and Technology Initiative (OFFTI). A globally recognised expert in strategy, fintech, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, she advises governments, regulators, and business leaders on innovation in rapidly evolving industries. Her research explores AI-enabled business models, digital platforms and ecosystems, and technology-driven transformation. She has advised organisations including the OECD, Bank of England, European Commission, FCA, and CMA on issues related to technology, data, competition, and innovation policy.
