As Client Success Manager on the Market Development team, Sarah focuses on building and maintaining relationships and driving successful experiences for the Financial Health Network’s Members. She is passionate about making a difference and supporting underserved communities through her work. 

Prior to joining the Financial Health Network in 2021, Sarah was a B2B Account Manager in Financial Wellness at KeyBank for 12 years. Her experience partnering with C-suite leaders to build strategic programs tailored to the financial health needs of their workforce makes her a ready advocate in maximizing engagement for the Financial Health Network’s membership base. Sarah believes that driving systemic change that improves individuals’ financial health is a necessary foundation for a more equitable world. 

Sarah was an active member of KeyBank’s DE&I Council, as well as co-chair of Key’s advocacy, empowerment, and networking program that supports financial progress of professional women. She also spoke at the American Heart Association’s annual wellness summit, sharing her insights about how C-suites can support employee financial health during the pandemic. 

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, where she studied Business Marketing and Fine Arts. A Pacific Northwest native, Sarah’s favorite sport is rowing and she trains with a Dragon Boat team year round to raise funds for children’s charities. Her motto for every challenge is “just keep rowing.”
