Peter is an experienced social enterprise innovator, with more than a decade of experience driving global financial inclusion.  
Peter is currently responsible for making insurance simple and scalable to non-traditional customers of AXA, the world’s second-largest insurer.  He also leads the company’s involvement in the CEO Partnership, a Davos-based consortium of 10 leading multinationals working to achieve financial inclusion.
Prior to working with AXA, Peter led the growth of social innovator MicroEnsure for eight years, providing more than 50 million people with their first insurance policies. 
He holds degrees from Oxford University, Emory University, and Davidson College.
