  • 12:30 – 1:30 PM | Member-Exclusive Lunch (Venetian Ballroom 1–3)
  • 2:00 PM | Main Stage Kickoff (Windsor Ballroom)
Where do I check in and pick up my badge?

Visit the EMERGE Registration Desk in the Attendee Lounge (Windsor Foyer) on the lobby level.

  • Thursday, May 21 | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
How do I download and use the mobile app?

The EMERGE mobile app is the hub for building your schedule, connecting with fellow attendees, scheduling meetings, and real-time event updates. The full schedule will be digital this year, with limited copies available at the registration desk upon request.

Getting Started:

  1. Download the ‘EMERGE Events’ app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Search for: EMERGE Financial Health
  3. Log in using your registration details
  4. Verify your account and complete your profile
  5. Enable notifications on your device for the best experience

Requirements:

  • iOS 17+ or Android 13+
  • If you already have the app installed, please update to the latest version
How do I build my schedule?

You can create a personalized agenda directly in the app by favoriting sessions you’d like to attend. Your saved sessions will appear in your personal schedule for quick access throughout the event.

Can I message other attendees?

Yes. The app includes a direct messaging feature so you can connect with other attendees before and during EMERGE.

To send a message:

  1. Open the Attendees section in the app
  2. Search for the attendee you’d like to connect with
  3. Open their profile
  4. Tap the message icon to start a conversation
Can I schedule meetings with other attendees?

Yes. The app supports attendee-to-attendee meeting requests and scheduling.

To request a meeting:

  1. Open the attendee’s profile
  2. Select Schedule Appointment
  3. Choose an available time
  4. Send your request with an optional message

Confirmed meetings will appear in the Appointments tab of your personalized schedule within the app.

You can accept, decline, or suggest alternate meeting times directly through the platform.

Are there designated meeting spaces onsite?

Meeting locations may be coordinated directly between attendees. The Attendee Lounge (Windsor Foyer) is a great place to connect for informal meetings and networking conversations.

How should I plan my schedule and get the most out of EMERGE?

We recommend:

  • Reviewing the agenda in advance and prioritize key sessions
  • Building your schedule in the app
  • Attending Main Stage sessions for shared insights
  • Selecting breakout sessions aligned with your goals
  • Leaving space for networking and informal conversations
What are the best ways to network?
  • Arrive early for coffee and meals
  • Use the app to connect and schedule 1:1 meetings
  • Spend time in shared spaces like the Attendee Lounge
  • Introduce yourself — simple conversations go a long way
How can I see who else is attending?

The attendee list is available directly in the EMERGE mobile app.

What should I wear?

EMERGE attire is casual to business casual — leave the suits at home.

We recommend:

  • Comfortable clothing and shoes
  • Layers (meeting rooms can be cool)
  • Activewear for Morning Wellness activities
  • Business cards or app for digital contact-sharing
  • A reusable water bottle
