
Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker is a Senior Director at the Financial Health Network, working on various research and consulting projects, including several projects on financial health measurement. She also leads the organization’s insurance work, which includes research and outreach with the insurance industry to serve the insurance needs of American consumers. Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Sarah worked at CGAP, an advocacy and research center housed at the World Bank that seeks to advance financial inclusion around the world. She managed their mobile banking agenda in francophone West Africa and led global research on electronic government payments. Sarah holds a Masters in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelors from Wheaton College. She’s based in Washington, DC.
