Maurice Richardson

Maurice is the Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions of the shared services department.

He started his career with nearly five years of public accounting experience, auditing both large and small corporations covering a diverse range of industries, including not for profit organizations and benefit plans.
Throughout his career in public and industry accounting, Maurice has developed a passion for streamlining and standardizing accounting policies and procedures, as well as strengthening internal controls over financial reporting. Maurice is additionally motivated by helping the Financial Health Network support its financial health, organizational growth, and driving its mission.

Maurice earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, majoring in Accounting, and passed Illinois’ Certified Public Accounting exam in October of 2011.
When he’s not working, he enjoys learning to cook, supporting Chicago sports teams, reading self-help books, or listening to live music.
