D. Steve Boland is the president of Retail, one of the eight lines of business for Bank of America, a member of the executive management team and one of the Vice Chairs for the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Boland is responsible for serving 33 million U.S. mass market consumers with a full range of financial products and services through digital banking capabilities and an unmatched retail banking network. He oversees Community Banking Financial Centers and Consumer Lending (Mortgage, Home Equity, Card, Auto), including the lending officers dedicated to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Private Bank clients.
