Quantis Hall is a Global Retirement Strategy Manager in the UPS Total Rewards Department and has over 10 years of experience with employee benefits, specifically defined benefit, defined contribution and non-qualified plans. Quantis has been instrumental in the successful deployment of multiple initiatives at UPS to include the launch of financial wellness programs and enhancements to UPS’ defined contribution plans and non-qualified plans. Quantis holds a Bachelor of Science, Political Science degree and Master of Business Administration, Human Resources Management degree from American InterContinental University.
