
Sarah Gordon
As the President of the Financial Health Network, Sarah is a passionate leader dedicated to a future where everyone can thrive financially. She oversees the execution of the Financial Health Network’s strategy, ensuring the organization continues to build awareness around financial health, drive meaningful action, and accelerate impact across the financial ecosystem. In addition, Sarah engages with partners in the financial health movement to deepen their engagement while also cultivating a collaborative workplace culture for our team members.
During her 17 years at the Financial Health Network, Sarah has led research and programs, supported innovative startups and nonprofits, overseen marketing and communications, spearheaded client success, and catalyzed fundraising and business development. She helped create several of the Financial Health Network’s most well-known initiatives, such as the Financial Solutions Lab, and build go-to-market strategies for new sectors, including the workplace.
Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Sarah served as Associate Director at Jane Addams Resource Corporation, a leading workforce development agency. She also spent eight years on the board of Moneythink, recognized by former President Barack Obama as one of the most promising social innovations in America.
Sarah is a graduate of Northwestern University and lives in Evanston, Illinois, with her husband and daughter. She currently serves on the board of the Evanston Community Foundation and on Capital One’s Consumer Advisory Council.
