Nadia is Senior Director of Innovation, leading the team’s insight and influence activities across research, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships. Nadia works on developing cross-sector solutions for multidimensional challenges that affect vulnerable populations in the United States, supporting the organization’s mission to improve financial outcomes for all.

Through capital investments, advisory services, research, and insights sharing, Nadia guides the organization’s work to support promising partnerships, products, and business models that can advance Americans’ financial health. Her accomplishments include leading the Financial Health Network’s entry into the healthcare sector, shaping the impact strategy and measurement of the Financial Solutions Lab, and authoring the FinHealth MAP and other research publications.

Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Nadia led research and strategy tied to international economic development at organizations including InterMedia and Accion. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Economics degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
