As Vice President of Financial Services for H&R Block, Crystal is responsible for delivering products that deliver value to customers, build confidence and reduce financial burden. She leads one of the largest alternative financial services programs in America and is spearheading the launch of H&R Block’s mobile banking platform.

Anderson has 19 years of technology, banking and financial services experience and holds a bachelor’s degree and completed the master’s program at the University of Central Missouri. She is a board member for Missouri State University’s Design Thinking program and a Hands & Hearts Board Member to benefit Children’s Mercy Hospital.
