Amrit Minhas

Amrit Minhas is the Manager of Human Resources on the talent team. In this role Amrit is responsible for employee benefits administration, absence management, new employee on-boarding process, off-boarding and HR metrics across the organization. With over 5 years of talent management experience, Amrit supports continuous improvement to build HR functions that provide an optimal employee experience for all staff at Financial Health Network.
Previously, Amrit supported talent management as well as learning and development for regulatory compliance. She led multiple HR systems integration initiatives at PLS Financial Services Inc.

Amrit is SHRM certified professional and holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus in Human Resources from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University, West Lafayette.
