Nakita Cuttino is a visiting assistant professor at Duke University School of Law where she primarily researches financial innovation and inequality within the fields of consumer finance and corporate finance. Professor Cuttino recently published an article with the Northwestern Law Review entitled “The Rise of FringeTech: Regulatory Risks in Earned Wage Access” where she examines the earned wage access market, its potential consumer risks and regulatory gaps.
