Jean is the Financial Health Network’s Interim Chief Program Officer, overseeing the organization’s work to design solutions that help companies improve financial health for their customers and employees. An experienced social entrepreneur and business leader, Jean has a passion for advancing financial health through strategic corporate action. 

In her role, Jean leads the development of an integrated portfolio of product, service, and strategy innovations to promote financial health for all. Under her interim leadership, the Financial Health Network underwent a successful restructuring to better serve its key markets of financial services, employers, and healthcare effectively. 

Before joining the Financial Health Network, Jean previously served as the CEO for both Ecotrust Canada and Delta Institute. She was also an Executive Vice President for ShoreBank. 

Jean holds a master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Barat College. Outside of work, Jean advocates for women’s rights as a longtime board member and supporter of the Chicago Foundation for Women.
