Latoya Hunter

Latoya is the Director of Talent Development at Financial Health Network. She is responsible for leading the efforts to establish and scale the talent development function, learning programs, and talent solutions that compliment the continued success and growth of employees and the organization. With over 10+ years of learning and development experience, Latoya is passionate about creating an inclusive and equitable environment where all employees feel valued, appreciated, and supported in order to reach their fullest potential.

In her free time, Latoya actively serves on the board of Elastic Arts. She is an Army brat, with both parents serving in the military, and considers Chicago home. She enjoys bike riding through Chicago’s scenic historic communities and lakefront, and is the proud dog mom of a cocker spaniel named Mykos.
