Head of US Digital Partnerships BMO Financial Group

In Ben’s role leading US digital partnerships, he focuses on identifying and executing on partnership opportunities with fintechs, big techs, incubators, accelerators, industry consortia, and VC’s. Ben works with line of business leaders to determine when partnership strategies can best deliver upon business goals, helps identify areas of imminent disruption, and assesses fintech acquisition opportunities. He has a focus on open banking and the opportunities it creates for banks, fintechs, and consumers.

Prior to joining BMO, Ben was a consultant at Deloitte where he focused on large program delivery and technology strategy for banks. He joined BMO in 2013 to establish a technology strategy capability for the United States, and subsequently progressed through a number of strategy and delivery-focused technology roles.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
